This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with IDRS are processed, dispatched and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated during a limited release.

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

During high-volume releases, processing times may be extended. Where possible, customers will be notified of delays.

You will receive an order confirmation once payment has been successfully processed.


2. UK Shipping Method

All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Once your order has been shipped:

- A dispatch confirmation email will be sent

- A tracking reference will be provided

- Delivery updates can be monitored via Royal Mail

Tracked services provide delivery confirmation and shipment visibility.


3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Tracked 24 – approximately 1 working day

- Tracked 48 – approximately 2 working days

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Courier operational issues

- Severe weather

- High seasonal demand

- Inaccurate delivery details provided at checkout


4. Proof of Delivery & Responsibility

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.

IDRS is not responsible for:

- Parcels confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail

- Theft after delivery

- Delivery to communal mail areas

- Delivery instructions given directly to the courier

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.


5. Incorrect Address Details

Customers must ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate.

We are not responsible for:

- Orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

- Failed delivery attempts due to inaccurate information

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.


6. Lost Parcels

If tracking shows no delivery update within a reasonable timeframe:

- Customers should first check tracking information

- Customers should contact Royal Mail using their tracking reference

If Royal Mail confirms a parcel as lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a resolution in line with courier findings and UK consumer law.


7. International Shipping

For international orders:

- A tracked service will be used

- Delivery timeframes vary by destination

- Tracking details will be provided

- Customers are responsible for:

- Import duties

- Customs fees

- Local taxes

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by destination authorities.


8. Limited Drop Notice

IDRS operates on a limited-release model. Stock is allocated upon successful checkout.

Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers do not entitle cancellation beyond statutory rights.
