These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the IDRS website and the purchase of all products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years of age or have parental permission

- The payment method used is authorised

- All billing and shipping details provided are accurate

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.


3. Limited Release Model

IDRS operates on a limited-drop model. Products are produced and released in restricted quantities.

By purchasing from IDRS, you acknowledge that:

- Items may not be restocked once sold out

- Availability is not guaranteed

- Products are secured only upon successful checkout

All purchases are considered final in nature due to the limited availability of stock. However, nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


4. Orders & Contract Formation

Once payment is successfully processed via Stripe:

- You will receive an order confirmation email

- A legally binding contract is formed

- Stock is allocated to your order

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch in cases of pricing errors, stock errors, or suspected fraud.


5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at checkout via Stripe.

We do not store full debit or credit card details.

If a transaction is flagged by Stripe’s fraud systems, the order may be cancelled automatically.


6. Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

However:

- Colours may vary slightly depending on screen display

- Minor variations in print placement may occur

- Sizing may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances

Such variations do not constitute “item not as described”.


7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using third-party courier services.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once dispatched:

- Responsibility for delivery lies with the courier

- Tracking information will be provided where available

- We are not responsible for:

- Courier delays

- Failed delivery attempts

- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Customers must ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.


8. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

8.1 Statutory Cancellation Right

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right:

- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

- Items must be returned within 14 days of notification

- Items must be in original, unworn condition

Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of returned goods.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8.2 Exchanges (Preferred Resolution)

We encourage customers to request a size exchange rather than a refund where possible.

Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange:

- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

- The item must be unworn and unwashed

- Tags must remain attached

- Original packaging must be included

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with statutory rights.


8.3 Condition Requirements

Returned items must:

- Be unworn

- Be unwashed

- Have no scent, marks or signs of wear

- Include original packaging

- Have tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

If rejected, items may be returned to the customer.


9. Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with UK law.

This does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by misuse

- Damage caused by incorrect washing


10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide Stripe with:

- Order confirmations

- Payment authentication records

- IP address logs

- Delivery confirmation

- Communication history

Fraudulent disputes may result in:

- Refusal of future service

- Recovery of funds

- Reporting of fraudulent activity


11. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

- Cancel suspected fraudulent orders

- Request identity verification

- Refuse service to customers abusing dispute processes


12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

- Logos

- Designs

- Artwork

- Graphics

- Text

is the property of IDRS and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDRS shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential loss

- Courier-related delivery issues

- Minor product variations

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item ordered.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
